「Very disappointing experience. Breakfast was advertised as free/included, but we were later told we had to pay for it. We also accidentally left the room key in a taxi and immediately informed the hotel. Despite explaining the situation, we were threatened with police involvement and later told the taxi driver wanted 50 GEL to return the key, although the information we received directly from the driver was different. The communication from the hotel became extremely unpleasant and threatening....

「good experience」

「Every thing was nice but toilet tape water pressure was low. It was apartments 505」

「Excellent stay at the Pullman, great location, beautiful view of the city from the room, the Dumas restaurant and the bar. Helpful staff, well maintained rooms; they thought of everything. I highly recommend the Pullman and would definitely stay there again.」

「This place was great!! Sophia was the most amazing!! So helpful and kind and spoke great English to help translate with others. Also got to see their awesome wine cellar! The owner was also awesome! So sweet and generous! The Family room with balcony was super spacious and hade such great views! Looking forward to staying there again! Madloba Sophia!」

「A magnificent “million-dollar” view from the window overlooking the TV tower and the city, a clean room, very friendly staff, and delicious breakfasts. Be sure to book a room with breakfast.」

「Great hotel. Outdoor restaurant/bar was excellent」

「Elegant and historic building modernized in a tasteful way. Breakfast (particularly the coffee) was exceptional.」

「Good people make good service! The desk manager was awesome, helping me with my delayed flight and lost luggage. Felt like home, but fancy 😍. I'm very grateful. I totally recommend it.」

「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring Tbilisi, and the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Everything was convenient, and I really enjoyed my time here. It was a lovely place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi and would happily stay here again!」

「The owner Alexei was very helpfull.」
