The property grounds and staff there made the experience amazing and memorable. I only have an issue with a couple small things. My toilet broke on the first flush. Housekeeping was quick to fix the issue however. Also, I can tell the towels were cheap, the dinner rolls at the restaurant were microwaved, ...

The AC was excellent, and so was the water pressure. A small, cozy room with a comfortable bed at a very reasonable price. The staff members are super kind and available for help. Moreover, you can't ask for a better location. This hotel is in the heart of San Ignacio.
