“We appreciate the opportunity to stay at ALO. Here are a few of our observations: Positives: Amazing views, truly beautiful and the highlight of the property. - Service staff was very sweet and kind; everyone we interacted with was warm and helpful. Areas to work on: - Amenities not as advertised: Plumbing issues (backup water in bathtub), ants, limited towels, no toilet paper, bad water pressure, insufficient cleaning, and the shared area really lacked everything expected from a "luxury" or……
