“Confusion checking in as we had 2,rooms. Have a brother with dementia so the PSW stayed with him while I checked in. Not till we got to our room did we realize the only have is 1 rooms let. Went all the way back to reception to find out the PSW was to check in also. Proper customer service would have mentioned it as I checked in.”
“We stayed at the same time as a number of youth sports teams so breakfast was hectic and the pool was too busy to use. Lots of construction on the road in front made the lane way into the hotel difficult to navigate.
Otherwise great potential for a pleasant stay. Good location and amenities.”
“Beautiful neighborhood, gorgeous back yard with pool still open and hot tub was amazing. Inside was clean, well organized and easy to use. Privacy was awesome…I felt like I was in my own house getting comfortable quickly. Host Prisca was very helpful when I entered the wrong code too many times and opened it for us remotely and gave us a new code. Awesome trip with my sweetheart, definitely be back”
