Head up the outside steps to your bright, waterside abode. From the entrance hall, there is access to the king-size bedroom within this reverse-level property. Here you can lie in bed in the mornings, watching the boats as you savour your first cup of tea of the day, with the Smart TV on. Ascend to the next level to your main living space. This lounge/kitchen/diner also makes the most of the apartment’s enviable position, with a picture window framing the incredible view. Lose yourselves in the outlook from the comfortable seating or watch a good film together on the second Smart TV. Whip up romantic meals for two in the kitchen area when you choose not to book a table in one of Teignmouth’s eateries. Your shower room is also at this level. There is no outside space with this holiday home but enjoy the benefits of being right on the beach. There is a trot mooring here that you are welcome to use at your own risk if discussed in advance. Private parking for one small car is available and there are pay and display car parks nearby.


Lace up your walking boots and head out along the South West Coast Path. Enjoy a scenic, 4.5-mile circular walk, taking in part of the long-distance footpath and going along the South Devon Railway Sea Wall and through a railway tunnel. Dartmoor National Park is 10 miles away.
