Great apt in gentrification project neighborhood

I love it here. By the end of my 17 night stay it was a home away from home. Apt was very well equipped. It had everything. Neighborhood is up and coming. Some poverty and street people but totally safe. Not touristy which is great but less than ten minutes walk from Allenby. It was great to get yo know a different part of Tel Aviv. Its a great city to walk and this allows this. Some great coffee spots nearby, plus falafal and burekas. As well as a plethora of grocery stores. Highly recommended. .

Nice apartment on the edge of Florentine

Clean, modern apartment. Easy check-in process. Convenient location. Many of the dishes in the cupboard & utensil drawer were really dirty. I ended up having to wash everything when I checked in. The rest of the apartment was really clean so that surprised me.

Lorsqu'on aime Florentin/Shapira, cet appartement est parfait. C'est en l'occurrence mon quartier préféré de Tel Aviv, même s'il n'est pas le plus touristique en règle général, et l'appartement est ultra-fonctionnel et de fait très agréable à vivre.
