"This is a lovely hotel with great rooms and friendly, helpful staff. I didn't eat there in the evening but breakfast was superb - although a 7.30 start is a bit later than I wanted. My biggest problem was the parking. There are 4 slots allocated to the hotel and they took a bit of finding! Take the first available (second) right after the hotel, right and right again. "The view is excellent, sea and lake view in the same time. The house keeper very friendly and helpful but i can't say the same for the lobby desk people. There is no hotel parking and needs to look for a spot in the green grass arrea. To me this is one star down for each hotel which has not parking facility. The price for one night in this hotel it does not justifies the conditions and services."
