“隔音很差，房間沒有沐浴乳，第一天沒有來整理 （後來我就乾脆都掛請勿打擾了）。但地理位置方便，整潔的程度也可以接受。”

“Their front desk guy Cyrus is rude and a power tripper. Their staff don’t communicate and then the guest is who ends up being blamed. I was told one thing over the phone and he still argued with me instead of getting his supervisor who was for sure there at the time. We didn’t even check in, we took our money elsewhere. Don’t stay here unless you’re rich and white cause they’ll treat you like garbage.”

“交通便利，大約走5-10分鐘即可抵達TRAX輕軌站，而且到市中心「City Creek Center Station」 或 「Temple Square Station」 下車，皆屬「免費乘車區」，非常方便。客房寬敞舒適，入住時還免費升等至附有按摩浴缸的客房，倍感驚喜與尊榮，很難忘的住宿體驗。”

“We stayed in the Sultan's Palace. Amazing room, but layout is cramped and didn't leave a lot of space to open suitcases. Staff quick to help with anything. We didn't have an iron or board, but they brought it in a few minutes. Plug-ins could be better for this room. The bed is on a platform up some stairs, but there is no nightstand or outlets, so you either need a long cord or leave charging devices down the steps. Parking was very easy and felt secure. You're going to hear your neighbors……

“Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that.”
