The Temecula Rancho sleeps 2-18. (18 if you include 2 rollaway beds) Main house sleeps 12 (the Casita-6-see below) in 3 bedrooms: Master bedroom has 1 King + sitting room with queen Murphy bed, plus single twin bed)full bath with shower, 2 sinks.
2 other bedrooms have 1 Queen bed (plus one single rollaway bed) & 1 Full bed & a 2nd full bath with tub & shower. 1 queen sofa bed in living room with a wood burning fireplace & vaulted wood beamed ceiling. The Dining Room seats 8-12, & has patio & mountain views. Kitchen has island, walk-in pantry, stove with glass cook top, convection/standard oven, & microwave. The dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, living room, have an open floor plan.+ A Laundry Room.
The Casita sleeps 2-6, 1 queen bed & 1 queen sleeper & a single in the living room. (+One single rollaway bed) Full kitchen & bath. A patio with table & seating. (In addition there are 2 single rollaway beds and a twin bed in a large walk-in closet that we do not include in the total number of beds)
Off of the dining room, kitchen, & breakfast area are doors that open to a 60+ foot long patio with a BBQ, glider, chairs, fire pit table all with mountain /vineyard views. Assorted seating for groups or to spread out.
There is also an RV pad with full hookups. Bring your RV for an additional guests.(nominal fee)
About our unique location!: Our Wine Country vacation rental is rustic and rural enough to be relaxing and quiet, yet close to so many lively activities. Bring your family, friends, bridal party/rehearsal dinner, birthday party, wedding guest group, reunion, retreat or business group and enjoy the heart of Temecula wine country. We are about 1/2 mile away from the closest winery (technically walking distance), many more to make a nice tasting loop and restaurant meal! There are dozens more within a few minutes drive.
Besides the award winning local wineries and restaurants, additional activities include golfing, shopping and casino gaming only minutes away. The Rancho is so fortunately located that our backyard views include a land preserve allowing unobstructed views of mountains and miles of open fields, hiking and vineyards. Wake up to this backdrop and a sky full of hot-air balloons! Enjoy a glass of wine with unforgettable sunsets.
Some details!: Living Room has a wood burning fireplace & vaulted wood beamed ceiling. Dining Room seats 8-12, & has patio & mountain views. Kitchen has 2 sinks, an island, a walk-in pantry, a stove with Glass cook top, convection/standard oven, & microwave. Breakfast room, off the kitchen, seats 4.
Dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, living room, have an open floor plan. Dining room, kitchen, & breakfast area have doors that open to a 60 foot long patio with a swing, mchairs, tables, & gas fire-pit table. BBQ Island. Beautiful mountain, vineyard & early morning air balloon views. Horse shoe pit & basketball hoop. Beside the patio is a large mature mulberry tree with 40 foot diameter shaded area with seating & tables. We also have 12 fruit trees on the property including: navel oranges, lemons, grapefruit, pears, apples, olive, pomegranate, kefir lime & blackberry bush.
There is also an RV pad with full hookups. Bring your RV for additional guests for a nominal fee.
The greater back yard has a few areas, to give you an idea of size: the patio/mulberry tree area can accommodate 100 people, and the lower level can accommodate 200 people. We do not allow large events. There are horseshoes, a basketball hoop, and great views of the Palomar Mt Range, Palomar Observatory, Temecula Wine country, Vineyards, San Jacinto mountain, San Gorgornio mountain, even Mount Baldy!
