60th Birthday Get Together
Beautiful home in wine country. Very spacious and open. Enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets. Surprised by the ballon rides soaring over the estate in the mornings. Amazing 60th Birthday Party Get together for family and friends to enjoy wine tasting and then cake and cookies. Kids loved the theater room.

The house was amazing. We had trouble entering the first day. The code wasn’t working to open the gate. We called AvantStay and within 1/2-1 hour they sent a technician and it was fixed. After that we enjoyed the house. It’s beautiful It was just like the property images. It is well kept, lots to do. We had 12 family members staying there and 6 more joined for dinner on Thanksgiving. Plenty of room for all of us.

Yearly family trip
We take a family trip every year (4 adults and 6 kids ages 4 to 13). Every house has a different appeal and Twilight Vines doesn't disappoint, especially when it comes to the outside. Pool and outside areas are outstanding. House is a little dated but it works for the look. We had a few issues when we arrived but Avant Stay was on top of it any time we called. We all agreed that this pool is unlike any we've had in the past. The kids loved the slide, and the heated jacuzzi as well as the pool table. Everything we needed in the way of pots to paper goods was ample for our 8 day stay as well as spices and laundry needs. Location is ideal and we never heard or saw a neighbor the whole time we were there. Easy to get to the main street so while away from things, also within 20 minutes to shopping and freeway. Another great memory.

Fabulous property
The home was spacious and offered a lot of amenities. The back yard was incredible and had fantastic views of a valley and vineyards. In the early morning many hot air balloons pass over head, that was very cool to watch. Some mechanical issues, such as the master side, air conditioner, not working, and the heater on the spa, were very disappointing. Made it a little bit more difficult to enjoy. However, those things happen, and I would still recommend the property as long as they get those mechanical issues taken care of.

Nice property but terrible property management
The property is nice and can keep your family entertained but the AvantStay is unable to provide help when needed. Natural disasters are beyond control but how AvantStay responded to our situtation was by hanging up on me and blatantly ignoring my calls for help. I was very patient considering the circumstances but will avoid AvantStay properties going forward.

Had issues with verification. Communication with property was always responsive and positive but expect a lag before a response. Small issues with thermostat setting that took a day to address. Needs more pots/pans for a house this size to host many people. Other than that, an incredible property that is super clean. Overall a great experience!

Well equipped with everything you need, our group had a wonderful experience here. The home was spacious and had lots of extra towels - perfect to enjoy the resort style pool that was the highlight of our stay! Definitely recommend!
