Milestone birthday celebration

We gathered to celebrate my mon’s 90th birthday. The home was perfect for our family. We all slept comfortably, had our meals together, played games and enjoyed each other’s company. The kitchen was big and open allowing us to gather and cook together.

Wonderful place

This place is great, spacious and beautiful. The internet is fast, too. The hosts are professional. Checking in and checking out were super easy. They gave me a link to their app that has a thorough description for everything, so I don't need to ask the hosts too many questions. Communicating with the hosts and the AvantStay team was also super easy and smooth. They always answer promptly. My guests are happy and satisfied with this place. I will definitely book this place again in the future.

perfect location for our stay

Our daughter had her wedding recently at a winery in Temecula, and this property was located perfectly for our needs. We have a large family, so this spacious property was great. The local property managers were very prompt to answer our questions and needs.

Perfect location and beautiful fun property for a group!

Space for days, walk literally 2 minutes to the winery next door, private wings, two kitchens, rooftop deck with fireplace, ping pong, and lounge. Hot tub, beautiful views, plenty of rooms and bathrooms....this place and the host were amazing! If you have a group of 8 or more adults, I highly recommend!

Clean, open floor plan, perfect for a large group.

Rented the house for a family wedding. Plenty of space, great seculed location on a hill, but still easy to get around. Would recommend for a large group to get together in a central location without feeling cramped. Someone checked us in and the communication was excellent.

Beautiful Vacation Home

Home was beautiful; spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and closets; every amenity provided; great game room with board games, pool, poker, and foosball. TV’S in every room; great kitchen and eating areas; Exquisite outdoor patio with cabanas and lighted grotto. Hot air balloons hovered nearly every morning. For our family - 10 adults and 8 kids ages 1 to 15, it was absolutely perfect!

Best house ever

We had an absolutely amazing experience. The house was beyond words, just amazing. It was so beautiful and the views were priceless. I can't begin to describe just how amazingly beautiful the entire house and property are. I didn't want to leave. We came for a wedding with my adult kid and husband and everyone was just blown away with this house. We are giving the link to the home out to all our friends. This house had 7 bedrooms with more than enough places for people to sleep. The beds were super comfortable too! There are two kitchens!! The property sits adjacent to a winery, so you can just walk next door she go wine tasting. I loved the location, the house, all the amenities and the price was surprisingly good. Thanks for a great experience!

AMAZING VIEWS and AMENITIES

This home and property exceeded our expectations for our family reunion. Perfect for multiple families with children. Each sleeping area is very private. The home is solid quality. Beautifully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare gourmet meals. We will be visiting this home again in the future . . .

Great House. Presentation was EVERYTHING

I loved how all of the outside of the house had not one speck of dust or spider webs or anything. Outside Furniture was clean. And house was better in person than shown on pictures. Appreciate everything. All of the appliances worked. Definitely would come again. Thanks a lot

Absolutely Stunning

I am a hard man to please, but this home was as close to "perfect" as they come. It's an absolutely stunning and comfortable space. There was never a dull moment this weekend between the cook-off contest (with 2 kitchens we were able to do teams!), to our numerous game nights. We enjoyed watching the hot air balloons in the morning and the sunset at night from one of the many outdoor seating areas. The view from the rooftop deck at night was spectacular, highly recommend. We really enjoyed ourselves and AvantStay, as a host, was very accommodating. We will definitely rent this home, or another of theirs, sometime in the near future.

Love love love!

The house is so clean and comfortable! The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook. We cooked all of our meals there and enjoyed using all the nice utensils. I love that there aren’t random plates/mugs/dishes. It looks well put together. The outdoor area is very nice as well. Nice fire pits, pool, gas grill and hot tub. We watched balloons float by every morning! So cool. We also took long walks around the neighborhood. We could not have asked for a better stay that included lots of rest! Thank you!
