Welcome to Casa Pacifico! This stunning new home offers breathtaking ocean and mountain views, featuring 4 bedrooms and 5 baths. Enjoy an amazing pool and an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill. Located near the pristine beaches of Potrero, you can spend your days by the ocean and unwind in your private saltwater pool when you return.
Please note: construction is underway at the neighboring property.
The Space:
What you'll immediately notice is the floor-to-ceiling doors and windows, which create a bright, airy ambiance throughout the home. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare meals for family and friends, featuring a large island with seating for 5 and a dining table that accommodates 8.
The spacious open concept design ensures that everyone can enjoy each other’s company, whether you're cooking in the kitchen or relaxing on the comfy couch while watching TV. With ample space, the home comfortably accommodates family or friends in groups of up to 8.
All 4 bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, ample closet space, and tasteful décor. Each bedroom is adorned with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, offering stunning views and allowing natural light to fill the space.
A 4x4 vehicle is recommended to access this home, as it is located on up a mountain. However, the drive is certainly worth it for the spectacular views.
