Great getaway

Beautiful house, the pool was amazing. Short walk to the beach. Grocery store, restaurants and bars in walking distance as well. Definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful stay in Potrero

We had a lovely family stay at this site in Potrero. It was walking distance to the beach, restaurants and store. Management was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you for helping us make some wonderful memories.

Beautiful home!

The house is gorgeous and the pool is amazing! The check in process was a little frustrating as the company needs to communicate how the door lock works. More detail needs to be added on how all doors work. I also dont like the fact that you have to upload your ID two different times in different ways. Figure out something easier! Beds and pillows are a bit hard but otherwise it is a wonderful property!works nor did the person worked.

Gorgeous property and pictures simply do not do it justice. Location is amazing with an easy walk to playa potrero beach, shops, and restaurants. Plenty of parking with two or more cars, plenty of space for all of your family. Pool was gorgeous and house was simply an engineering marvel. Reason for 4 stars and not 5, was property maintenance.With big properties comes lots of maintenance. Pool deck was filled with algae, which I saw at other properties in CR. One of the washer/dryers did not work, which meant you have to disturb whomever was in the apartment suite. Broken mirror, upstairs master tub was broken, Upstairs jacuzzi/hot tub outdoor was broken, You could not park an SUV in the garage as was too short in depth. The Barbeque was not working and out of gas. The Apartment stove had no gas, dryer had no gas/broken, and the outdoor bathroom smelled horribly bad, full septic tank? The pool was clean and the AC's blew ice cold. But I feel like we did not receive the full value of what we paid as many things were not working properly or broken.But, the issues that could be addressed were taken care of swiftly by the property manager. They were simply amazing. Communication was incredible and answered any and all questions promptly. Instructions were clear and concise, check-in was delayed, I assume due to the size of cleaning such a large property. Overall an incredible home with an amazing management team behind it. I would not hesitate to stay with them again in CR.
