Casa Natalia: Luxurious Oceanfront Villa with Housekeeping and Concierge

"This was a spectacular celebration for my 80th birthday with 6 members arriving from the east coast and 6 members from Arizona. Our concierge Jimmy, handling all of the travel logistics including delayed flights. Thank you Jimmy.Once at we were all gathered at the Casa Natalia, we settled into the Costa Rica rhythm. We spent a day recuperating from the jet lag in the spectacular back yard and pool area. While the temps were warm and humid, the fans and shade by the pool made a wonderful relaxing place to regenerate.The family room with a table large enough for our crew was perfect for celebration. The bedrooms were large and well appointed with plenty of closet and drawer space.The kitchen and the outdoor areas were perfect for our crowd when we "grilled" and ate outdoors.With 12 folks, we thought we might need to ration our clothes washing, but the laundry area included two full size washers and two full size dryers. Wonderfully convenient.Access to food for purchase and as well as nearby restaurants was quite easily accomplished with the carts arranged by Jimmy.We had horses for riding and jet-skis delivered directly to the beach immediately behind Casa Natalia, On our last day, we had many takers for the massages under the covered backyard pergola.PERFECT location and surroundings for a family celebration."
Santarena Hotel at Las Catalinas

"My husband and I recently stayed at Santarena Hotel in Las Catalinas, and it was exactly what we were looking for. What impressed us most was that the excellent service began before we even arrived. The staff contacted us through text and WhatsApp to confirm our arrival details, ask about transportation, and make sure everything was ready for our stay. We felt welcomed before we ever left home. The hotel is beautiful, immaculately clean, and just steps from the beach. We stayed in Room 403, which had a stunning ocean view and was only a few steps from the infinity pool overlooking the water. Sitting on the balcony listening to the waves became one of our favorite parts of the trip. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout our stay. We also loved the made-to-order breakfast each morning and enjoyed watching iguanas, tropical birds, monkeys, and other wildlife while we ate. The community is very walkable, with restaurants, shops, activities, and other conveniences nearby. What we loved most was the peaceful atmosphere. We wanted a place to relax, recharge, and enjoy nature, and Santarena delivered. As a final touch, the hotel even provided a snack bag and bottled water for our trip home. It was a thoughtful ending to a wonderful stay. My husband and I have already agreed that when we return to Costa Rica, Santarena will be our home base."

"Beautiful property, loved the private outside sitting area and the beaches! Our favorite beach was the 2minute walk from property, bigger, calm waters, saw 2 devil rays in the surf. Host was very friendly and helpful. No restaurant on property but does have full kitchen.Note: beach in front of hotel is not private and gets busy, loud at times with ATV tours. Guard walks the property at night, makes you wonder why needed. Pool was very warm, not very refreshing. Also note, only bedrooms are air conditioned, main living areas are not!"

"From the time we arrived until the time we departed, we remarkably enjoyed the stay with this amazing couple who owns the hotel In fact, our purpose for being there was because we decided to come to Costa Rica one day early having had a separate place booked for the rest of the week. We did not lose contact with our original hosts and they were the most helpful and encouraging resource that we could’ve had in Costa Rica The rooms are great, the pool is crystal blue, the breakfast is off the charts, amazing, and once again the hosts are fantastic. Highly recommend you check it out"
Villa Potrero Luxury Private Beachfront Home with Housekeeper, Concierge

"Villa Potrero was the perfect choice for our family group of 11, ages 12 to 83. The home was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as described, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and gather together. The beach was just steps away, and we loved having access to kayaks, boogie boards, and other beach gear.What truly made our stay exceptional was the wonderful staff. Cata helped arrange everything in advance—from excursions and transportation to groceries and a private chef—making the trip completely stress-free. Chef Kattya and her team prepared several fantastic meals and easily accommodated dietary needs. Housekeeping provided and onsite maintenance were a bonus.Another unforgettable highlight were the howler monkeys that visited the mango tree near the end of our stay. We felt so lucky to experience that kind of wildlife right in our own yard. This was truly one of our best family vacations, and we’re already talking about coming back."
