Amazing accomodations!

Our group of seven people had a fantastic vacation at Casa Guitarra! The location was convenient to multiple beaches, restaurants, excursions, and the supermarket. We loved the layout of the home and especially appreciated the swimming pool and outdoor space to relax and enjoy our time together. Tropical Homes was wonderful to work with and we would absolutely love to visit again!

Costa Rican Paradise

The service from Tropical Homes was amazing! They arranged transport to and from Liberia airport and once we arrived a concierge greeted us and showed us all about living in beautiful Casa Guitarra! Will definitely be coming back!

Casa Guitarra you did not disappoint!

My family was visiting from Oregon and this was our first trip to Costa Rica. We were extremely impressed with this beautiful home, the pool, service from the property management, and the location of the home. I might add that the kitchen is well stocked, and the towels and linens are all very nice. I can't think of a thing...

Stunning Place to Stay

This property is exactly what you see in the photos. It felt like we were in an episode of MTV cribs and staying at a celebrity’s house. It’s so close to the beach and several restaurants and bars. There’s four rooms and four bathrooms so it’s great for a small group or a large group! I would highly recommend and we would absolutely book this again!

Great place to stay

Casa Guitarra is a great place to stay while exploring Costa Rica. It is 3 minutes from the beach, and very centrally located to restaurants, a grocery store, and produce stands. We explored many beaches up and down the pacific side, did some zip lining, ate some great food, and just had a wonderful time. The home is beautiful! Extremely clean, nice quality towels and sheets, a kitchen that is very well stocked, a beautiful pool, an area to exercise with weightsenjoy yoga with mats included. Our family of six enjoyed this awesome 4 bedroom/4 bath home and I personally hope to return one day. The air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable while in the home. The property management company was wonderful to work with, and were very helpful with answering any questions we might have had from first making our reservation to the end of our stay. The home was serviced twice in our two week stay with complete maid service, grounds keeper and pool maintanence. Thank you Casa Guitarra and Tropical Homes of Costa Rica! You definitely made our first visit to your beautiful country very enjoyable!

Would be perfect if they had more AC units

Walking into that place is a dream! The concierge was great and communicative. The pool is obviously the highlight, and with smaller kids it was great to have multiple depths that the pool offered! The kitchen space was a great size for having dinners in and being all together. It was also nice to be able to see the older kids in the pool while cooking or doing other things in that room but knowing they were safe without actually having to be outside was awesome! However, the temperature of the home was unbearable. We tried everything and followed the directions closely to not overwork the A/C units but there are just too few in the main spaces to keep it cool. They need to add at least 2 more. We had the maintenance people come out and clean the filters and it helped a little but not enough. We thought the house was awesome and would totally stay again, but not if they don’t add more A/C units. Unfortunately, it’s a total greenhouse effect in there! We had to go swimming just to cool off from being in the house, even in the evenings!! My 2 year old was constantly uncomfortable and I couldn’t make her comfortable. I would not recommend bringing a baby to stay in this house for safety concerns. Lastly, the power went out frequently during the night, and in one of the rooms (the 2 year old’s), when it would come back on, the ceiling light would also turn on! This woke up everyone in the house! Overall, it was a great stay but needs some updates for better comfort.

Amazing family vacation!

This home was perfect for our family! 5 adults a toddler and an infant. We had a great time enjoying the pool & the beach (recommend renting a golf cart through them, it got us everywhere we needed to go) the house was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook meals. The backyard was a little slice of paradise & the swing a big hit for my kids. Teresita and the whole team were great from the day we booked all the way through our departure. We cannot wait to come back! Excellent. Thank you for everything!

Costa Rica was beautiful, HOT 😊 & fun! If you head that way, check out Casa Guitarra! They have perfected the home away from home feeling, with everything you need, plus the extras to make you feel spoiled while on vacation. Beautiful area next to the beach & yummy food that is literally around the corner and close to many other adventures! 5 out 5 stars! Highly recommend!
