Las Catalinas is located on a majestic 1,100-acre property, an architecturally unique Mediterranean Style Beach Town that is totally walkable and offers many on-site amenities such as an ocean view beach club, several restaurants, grocery store Copper & Stone, spa, gym, hotel, cafe, outdoor outfitter Pura Vida Ride, hiking and biking trails,
and more!
The town is vehicle-free and makes a great place to relax, meet great people, and have the best vacation possible!
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Las Catalinas is a community in a constant state of growth, and because of this, there will be construction in the area with minimal disturbance.
Essential services like a medical center, drugstore, bank, and law firm ensure convenience during your stay.
The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee. Thank you so much for being a part of our community and for your understanding. Parking on the main road is prohibited.

Daily Pass Options:
- Beach Club Adult Pass: At $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable in consumables. Reservations required.
- Beach Club Child Pass (8 to 12 years): $15 USD + 13% VAT, with $10 redeemable in consumables. Children under 8 enjoy free entry with limited access.
- Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am only. Perfect for early birds! Hours may vary, and access is limited.
