“For DC and the prices it was good. Arrived to no toilet paper and only 2 towels. The kitchen supplies is minimal. The house itself needs lots of love. The management did a very good job of getting toilet paper and towels bonus the next day.”

“I had a bad experience here. Arrived in DC, quick ride from the airport - the room is pretty small, but ok - it's DC, I get it. However, after the first night I felt AWFUL and looked around the room and particularly the AC. There was mold, and I took a picture and sent it to management/host right away. I got a response that they were sorry that I was uncomfortable, and that they would try to come get someone to look at it, but after staying 4 nights the AC mold issue wasn't resolved. Apparently……

“Parking was at a premium. If renting a car, good luck finding a place to park it. The property had an "old" smell upon entering. There was no empty storage for our things for a multi-day stay. We were also bitten many times by some insect, most likely in bed.”
