The staff were super helpful and even more friendly! The breakfast was a "full" breakfast---eggs, sausage, ham, waffles, cereals, bagels, juice, coffee. The only drawback, which they try to overcome with free earplugs, is that some rooms are close to the highway traffic noise. It did NOT bother us in Rm 122. Great location! What a fun, family-friendly town---parks, museums, more parks, all kinds of sports. Loved it!

Staff was helpful, the room clean and good-sized. Wish the LED lights were a warmer color, but there were electric plug outlets everywhere. At night you could hear the passing traffic on Rt. 35 but ear plugs were available at the reception desk. Breakfast was varied but not exceptional.

The staff was exceptional! Always friendly and helpful! Facility was clean but very “patched up” due to age. Bed very comfortable and really good breakfast. Appreciated the complimentary earplugs! Outside had broken glass in parking lot. It was very well lit and felt safe coming and going. Overall a very positive experience.

We actually got a ground floor which we never do because of noise and it was actually very quiet! The staff was polite and the hotel was very clean. Would stay again!

The person at the front desk was friendly and welcoming even with a very late arrival time. Rooms were clean and spacious, and we had everything we needed.

if you are on the high way end of the hotel and especially on the second flow, it is really loud in the room. Otherwise the hotel is ok.

The bathroom was not clean. There were visible “marks” all on the toilet seat. I had to ask the front desk for bleach and paper towels. The room had not been vacuumed. There was hair all in the bathroom, and there was hair in the sheets. I’m hoping the sheets were clean, but it’s doubtful. It was also super noisy as the interstate is right there. The windows were old, and there were no sound suppressing curtains. It was a pretty miserable stay. Had there been an open hotel in town, I would not have stayed. It was definitely NOT worth what we paid for the room.

2 🚩 Air filter & King Bed Frame.
2 🚩 Air filter & King Bed Frame. 🚩 There was no king size bed frame at all for it was a queen size box with a flat sheet metal top that was super hard making metal movement noises anything you move on the bed. Because of this I can see why the king rooms are actually cheaper compared to queen rooms which is not normal and majority of hotels/inns. 🚩 The air filter and the AC unit clearly has never been changed. I say this because me (+ other occupant) was always having breathing and sinus problems shortly once we enter but felt 100% better after leaving the room. This is a major health and cleaning issue. I do not plan on staying there again.

Hotel is not clean. They asked me to pay cash or card for snacks, and they refused to charge it to my room, regardless to the $100 deposit they have for incidental. They rejected to give a receipt for my purchase of snacks from their pantry claiming that they cannot give me receipt because their system doesn’t generate separate receipts. It has all clients names? 🤔
