“Apart from the damp toilet and the lack of shampoo and conditioner, everything is fine. The staff are friendly and helpful. “A great spot for easy access to Bath, Bristol and the delightful village of Cheddar and the gorge. Staff were so helpful and friendly and the food they prepared was plentiful and tasty. We can recommend a meal in the gorgeous train carriage attached to the bar - a lovely experience. ”

“Hotel is amazing, comfortable spacious rooms, superb power shower with lovely smelling toiletries. Room was huge, bed was very comfortable with added tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast had a superb choice of both English and continental. Did have an evening meal here which was outstanding as well as the service given by the staff. Have stayed here twice now and will definitely be back again.”

“The receptions were very friendly and the staff was very helpful to carry out our luggage to the stairs and showed us the room; warm like a home. Except the male staff who were on duty while we checked out in the morning; he was the only staff in the reception and is not busy at all.
