"The renovations in the hotel have given it a whole new lease of life. Very elegant now and the rooms are stylish and very comfortable. The staff were so helpfull and friendly. We used the new spa which is really nice and also the pool area as well. We couldn't fault it at all. Food was excellent ..."

"Stayed for US embassy appointment and very central for transport, food places and a tesco right below. Cleanliness in certain areas quite poor but free upgrade was ideal. "Great location right by the quay which is a 10/15 min walk to the titanic museum and a 5 min walk away from the cathedral quarter. Room it self was quite bare and had a few marks on the wall in the living room area. Missing the odd light bulb here and there in spot lights and lamps etc."
