「The staff were very helpful and very nice to chat with during our stay. There is laundry on site for 5 GBP per load, payable in cash at the front desk. A communal balcony provided some extra space to sit outside, as the rooms were limited in space. It was our own research that lead to this mistake, but the bed is a North American Double at best and was quite tight for two people, again nothing against the hotel but our own booking error.
