Puffin Cottage Holidays is delighted to present 3 Croft House on the seafront in Tenby. A beautiful Georgian, Grade two listed building, newly renovated into stylish apartments. 3 Croft House has two bedrooms, parking for one car and spectacular sea views across North Beach and Carmarthen Bay.


In 1900, famous author Beatrix Potter stayed at Croft House where she was inspired by her seascape surroundings to write about rabbits living in the cliffs of Tenby’s North Bay with wonderful illustrations and paintings. Tenby is a charming seaside town; it is easy to see why so many people are drawn there and fall in love with it. Colourful Georgian houses adorn the cliff tops overlooking stretches of golden sand and blue waters. Take a stroll along the cobbled streets to discover hidden gems such as Sergeants Lane, a magical alley day or night with shops, bars and restaurants leading to a picture-perfect view of the boats in the harbour.


As you walk around Tenby you create fond nostalgic memories of fish and chips by the sea, ice creams on the promenade and sandy toes walking barefoot from the beach. Tenby is diverse and has a lot to keep you occupied for the entire visit, however it is surrounded by other gorgeous seaside villages and towns to see and take in.


Why not journey by boat to Caldey Island where the tranquility of the island washes over you. Enjoy the peaceful beaches and woodland, including the monastery and the lighthouse. Pembrokeshire offers a vast array of activities and attractions as well as award-winning beaches waiting for you to enjoy.


Enter the property through the front door of the apartment into the hallway with hooks on the walls for your coats. Bedrooms to your right and the open plan living area to your left. The décor is neutral throughout with pops of sea blue and coastal ornaments.


Living Room


Period sash windows from the living area look out over North Beach with privacy shutters, allowing you to let the light in without being viewed from the street. The room has vaulted ceilings with spot lighting. The sumptuous corner sofa awaits you after a busy day exploring Tenby to curl up and relax in front of the Smart TV.


Kitchen/Dining area


The kitchen is modern and stylish with a large kitchen island and breakfast bar dining. Fully equipped for your self-catering holiday by the sea including appliances such as dishwasher, electric hob, electric oven and fridge/ freezer.


Bedroom 1


Luxurious double bed, hanging rail for clothes, bedside drawer storage, electric wall heater and a Smart TV to watch a film before drifting off to sleep.


Bedroom 2


Sumptuous double bed, hanging rail for clothes, smart tv and access to outside terrace space, to sit and enjoy a refreshing drink in the sea air.

A guest toilet with wash basin and mirror.


Family bathroom


A large rainfall walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin, mirror and heated towel rail.


Outside space


A small courtyard with outdoor furniture off the second bedroom with gate access to the car park. On the opposite side of the road of the apartment is a gate for the use of Croft House guests only. Through the gate you step onto a decked area overlooking the beach offering beautiful views to Tenby Harbour. Croft House guests can enjoy exclusive direct access to North beach via the steps to the left of the decking.


Allocated parking for one car.

Terms and Conditions of Hire.

Bookings of all holiday accommodation whether made by telephone, e-mail, in person, in writing or over the internet are accepted by Puffin Cottage Holidays acting as the agent on behalf of the Owner. The contract to occupy the property is between you and the owner.

By making any booking with us, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to comply with and be bound by them.

These booking terms and conditions include a number of defined terms as follows:

"Booking" means the legally binding reservation for use of the property, with a specified start and end date.
"Contract of Hire" The legally binding contract between the Hirer and the Owner
"Deposit" means a deposit of 20% of the total holiday accommodation cost (which includes any "extras" selected at the time of booking).
"Balance" means the balance of the Total Charges payable by you after payment of the Deposit as set out in paragraph 4.
"Website" means the booking website.
"Lead Hirer" means the person who has booked the accommodation.
"Guest" means you and each person staying in the property with you.
"Owner" means the owner of the Property you book which is the subject of the Contract of Hire. We do not own the properties on our website.
"Agent" means Puffin Cottage Holidays.
"Property" and "Properties" means the holiday property you book or enquire about through us.
"You" means the lead person making a booking through us.
When you make a booking through us you are confirming that you and every Hirer understands, agrees and accepts these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as any breach may result in the Owner (or their representative) refusing to allow you and your guests to enter and stay at the property or requiring you and your guests to leave the property before the end of the holiday period without any compensation or refund.

1. Contract and Booking
We act as agents for the Owner. When you make a Booking through us the holiday let contract in respect of the Property is always between you and the Owner. As Agents we accept no responsibility for an injury or damage caused as a result of the Contract.

Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 18 years of age.

The Lead Hirer must be one of the Guests staying at the property and shall not part with possession of the property or share it, except with other Guests named on the booking form.

The Properties are not intended to be reserved for the purposes of parties and group bookings, including for stag, hen dos and birthdays, may not be allowed unless explicitly agreed with the Owner. In these circumstances the Owner may impose special requirements (including the possible requirement for, but not limited to, an extra damage deposit payment)

No Bookings are confirmed until the Deposit (or Balance and Deposit if the holiday is less than 8 weeks away) is received and written confirmation of its receipt has been sent.

Once a booking is confirmed it cannot be changed by you, unless agreed by the Owner, or by us on the Owner's behalf. If we or the Owner agree to make requested changes to your booking (for example, amending the date or Hirer) you will be required to pay £25 amendment fee per change.

2. Booking Fees
A booking fee of £24.00 is payable when making a booking. This is included in the displayed price of the holiday.

3. Deposits and Balance Payments
Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday date must be paid for in full at the time of booking. For a booking made more than 8 weeks before your holiday a deposit of 20% of the total due will be paid when booking to secure the booking. The balance will be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. If you make a booking within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday you will be required to pay for the holiday in full at the time of booking to secure the booking. In the event that the balance payment is not received by the required date, Puffin Cottage Holidays reserves the right (on behalf of the Owner) to cancel the booking and will be under no obligation to refund any deposits previously paid.

The booking fee and Deposit are non-refundable unless we are unable to accept the booking on behalf of the Owner, or the Property is unavailable at the time of the holiday

4. Damage Deposits
Some properties may require damage deposits for all bookings made. If this is required, it will be recorded in the Property Description. Any damage deposit will be due along with the final balance payment, 8 weeks prior to your holiday, or, where the booking is made within 8 weeks of your holiday, the damage deposit must be paid in full at the time of booking. The damage deposit may be held by Puffin Cottage Holidays on behalf of the Owner. Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavours to liaise between the Owner and the lead Hirer, any disputed claims must be settled between the Owner and the lead Hirer and Puffin Cottage Holidays are not liable for any disputed claims.

5. Availability
The Contract of Hire is made on the understanding that the property and its facilities as published will be available for the dates stated. In the unlikely event that the property is not available through events outside the Owners control the lead Hirer will be notified as soon as possible. The lead Hirer shall be offered alternative dates or, at the Owners discretion, a refund but will have no further claims against the Owner or Puffin Cottage Holidays. Puffin Cottage Holidays will not be responsible to pay any compensation or expenses as a consequence of a Property not being available in these cases. The booking fee will be non-refundable in these circumstances as we will have carried out our services for this to you at the point of booking.

6. Guest Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation from the lead Hirer, the deposit and booking fee will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation after payment of the balance every effort will be made to relet the property.
