"The hotel was booked for one night only (self-catering). Location-wise, I'd recommend renting a car or booking a taxi to get there. Not sure about getting to the hotel by public transport. Met only one personnel from the hotel (lady at the reception desk). She was very welcoming. Rooms were spacious, clean, tidy. Very nice views from rooms towards Atlantic. 7 out of 10. Those who prefer preparing meals by themselves, there is Lidl 5min drive by car."

"First of all I want to say thanks to the receptionists and the amazing cleaners that were doing a superb job and being very friendly and helpful! We had a great stay at Bahia Playa and loved the location and the pools! The big pool is heated to 24 degrees so well above that in the afternoon on a sunny day! The food was not very exciting but there are plenty of other options in the area so no need to go and eat there every time. We had a great stay! Thanks!"

"The property was very clean and well maintained . Linen was changed every day. Lovely and fresh. The Iberostar app was very useful and easy to use. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of selection, even a menu to choose from if you wished. We stayed 5 nights and ate in the pool Resturant twice. Once being part of the gastrospa experience. We also ate in the menencey Resturant which was very good. Sheila our waitress that evening was lovely. My only thing would be the lighting inside the hotel in the Resturants is a bit bright and maybe in the evening Resturant some soft music would be nice."

"Room was clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom was very big, but could do with update, bath/shower area in particular. We still enjoy our stay very much. "The hotel its self is of a high standard with all facilitates needed in order to have the complete city break. The roof top pool and lounge areas although small were well kept and not too crowded at the time of our visit but you can say if there where a few more people there space would be at a premium. Underground parking is tight but plenty of spaces at affordable rates, The rooms we stayed in was dated but generally clean to a basic level, The hotel did contribute to what was an amazing time spent travelling around the island so a solid 7/10 overall."

"Great pools, and spa pool, lots of space and sunbeds. Nice food and cocktails at the bar. Lively bar with live music in the evening. Rooms clean and great sea view balcony. Great view of Mt Teide from the outside breakfast patio. Free parking, walkable downhill to town."
