“I did not like that my room keys were held hostage until I went through the VIP desk for them to try and schedule me for a tour in hopes I would buy. Other than that, it was excellent. The staff was superb.”

“My family love staying here, they have a 24 hour pool area and that is so great for the kids! They love to swim and we dont have to be back before it closes! And the variety of breakfast (included i might add!) We always try to stay here when in Pigeon forge!”

“The broom was very spacious in the beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. And also had a really awesome pool area that was open late, which was awesome after we came back from the theme park. It’s also close to everything which is awesome.We would definitely stay here again.”

“Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation. They offered to put my in a different hotel which is obviously less……
