We got caught in a severe rainstorm and Yen at the front desk showed us incredible kindness by assisting us with our waterlogged belongings. She truly went above and beyond. Hotel lobby has a nice spacious seating area to lounge. Included breakfast has standard hot and cold items. Will definitely stay again when we are in Nashville."
