「Overall excellent experience. Day front desk manager (Elin ?)was excellent - courteous- friendly - a major asset to the hotel) would be good to have a phone jack in the bathroom with ability to put room phone in there when needed. Location was great - walk to Downtown. Front desk (Kevin) also very helpful. One of cf the best Hampton experiences I’ve had. Kudos 」

「The staff was very friendly. We loved that they had a white board with all the goings-on for each day next to a map with how far away things were. Room was clean and much bigger than we expected with a beautiful city view on the corner. The toiletries were high quality and the kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies. 「Great location, the shuttle to and from Broadway was amazingly convenient. Only issue we had (for a brand new hotel) is that there was one elevator basically permanently down, and a guest broke the other one so we had to take stairs for a couple hours until it was fixed, but that was just for a few hours (and I only had to climb once)」
