“Great stay and hotel overall. Welcomed by very friendly staff and allowed us to check in early. Very clean and well decorated. Loved the modern amenities including plenty of charging ports in the bed frame and table. Great lighting. “We stayed at Motto by Hilton Nashville Downtown for 5 nights for pleasure, just my husband and me. The location is excellent, about a 5-minute walk to Broadway, and it’s also near the famous pancake place where you’ll definitely notice the lineup. The staff at check-in were very helpful, especially in guiding us on what to choose on the east side. The bed and pillows were comfortable, which made for a good sleep. Hotel is new.
That said, as many other reviews mention, the rooms are very tiny —……

“The Staff screwed up on a daily basis charging my debit card repeatedly for a trip that was paid for in advance through Expedia . Everytime I put money in My account to go out on , they had frozen my funds with bogus charges . Unreal took 1,200 first day so I had no money , reversed the mistake but bank wouldn’t refund for 3-5 business days . So I was in Nashville with all the money I had for my trip inaccessible.
