“The tub surround of the shower area was moldy as well as the grout in between the tile. Some bleach and a scrub brush could be very helpful. The corners of the room had plenty of settled dust, dead bugs and hair – telling me that the room certainly wasn't deep cleaned in between guests.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Breezy Hills! It was great to have such close access to both the Paul Bunyan Trail and Lake Bemidji. “Nice property but the beds are terrible, hard as a rock. I like a firm mattress but this was like sleeping on the floor. Only stayed one night and was glad for that. Reaching property manager was difficult, took 4 hours to respond with a non draining sink.”
