“I would rate this hotel and its staff ten out of five if there is such a rating! My husband and I stayed three nights and we had a most memorable experience! The grounds of the hotel is beautifully maintained, it is located on a hill overlooking the breath-taking Val d’Orcia. There is a beautiful infinity pool and many garden furniture for guests to sit and enjoy the million dollar view. Every staff member is a professional, even an artist, who excels in their work. The gardener works……

“Breakfast was good not much selection though, but pastries are very good. The view to my room is spectacular. The room was very hot at midday and AC is not cooling enough that room is so warm at night.”

“Stunning location, photos don't do it justice. Very spacious accommodation. Make sure you brush up on your Italian before arriving as the staff don't speak English (and they shouldn't have to). There are activities and dinners you can reserve but make sure to do so at least a day in advance.”

“Parking was confusing but I’m directionally challenged. Receptionist was awesome—gave recommendations, great overview of things to see and do, explained what was special about the view from my room window, and was willing to help me carry my luggage upstairs. Bathroom was pristine and the hotel is so cozy like a proper bed and breakfast.”

“Beautiful quaint place to stay in Montepulciano. Stairs are doable to carry up luggage and the views of the valley are spectacular. Great location, can’t wait to stay again!”

“Loved this hotel. It was cut and charming. Not directly on the main road so its pretty quite, but the main road is basically just a long driveway so still super close. Front desk guy was super nice and helped us get a taxi to the train station. The view from the balcony was AMAZING.”
