Had good Wi-Fi and a nice bathroom and was a tiny bit on the small side compared to some of the other places we stayed. We took the most amazing photo from our bedroom. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome, and the level of personal service we received was exceptional. The manager went completely above and beyond for us during our stay. When I became unwell, he kindly took the time to drive me to a local chemist so I could get the medicine I needed. This act of kindness was incredibly appreciated and is something we will never forget. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and his warmth, care, and genuine concern made a difficult situation so much easier. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Everything was immaculately clean throughout our stay, and there was a lovely personal touch that made it feel much more welcoming than a standard hotel experience. Our room was extremely comfortable, with a cosy bed and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bathroom and shower were excellent, modern, and stocked with all the amenities we could have asked for. Breakfast each morning was wonderful, with a great selection of fresh, high-quality food. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding hospitality. The manager’s kindness and dedication to his guests are second to none. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and genuinely caring experience"

"Super stay for 1 night. The hotel is used by tour groups so breakfast can be crowded at certain times. Coffee machine terribly slow and forms a queue - but there is filter coffee , tea and various flavoured teas if you can't wait. Staff are super efficient and kind, even the maintenance man helping elderly people with their bags on the steps. If you arrive by your own car park in the public park under the square that Google maps brings you to - cheap prices and safe. Hotel is super situated for everything Gjirokaster has to offer by walking."
