「Very good service 」

「Still under construction so there may be some minor disruptions here and there. But the staff’s hospitality and care more than makes up for it. The rooms are new and the beds are very comfortable also. It’s the perfect area to be if you’re visiting Borobudur and north area and also only 25 mins to Malioboro. Will return to this hotel if I’m back to Jogja!」

「Contated the hotel through Expedia to arrange a transfer and they didnt get back to me. No welcome drink or automatic assistance with luggage. There was no fridge in the room, wasnt that impressed with the balcony, which you could see into another room and the partition screen was at the main corridor of the floor and when it was windy the metal attachments were banging. Safe is too low down in the cupboard, had to get on our hands and knees, should be higher. There was noone to greet us for...
