WV bike trip

Place was amazing! Host had everything and more. Little things like K cups, spices, a few Tide pods make all the difference!! I wish other hosts would have these things (most of which is leftover from previous guests). Bed was super comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The house was clean and fully stocked with amenities. We've been coming to Alpine Lake for four years now and plan to rent this home again if available next year. The only downside is that you have to drive to the resort if you want to use the pool or golf course...and it would be nice if they had more patio furniture, such as a table and chairs, to enjoy breakfast or dinner at. Everything else was a huge 'pro'. We would definitely recommend the property to others.

Beautiful little cabin at Alpine Lake WV.

Relaxing 5 days in the mountains. Well we are from Baltimore County MD and the heat index here was well over 100 while we were in the mountains of WV. The high temp. at Alpine Lake Resort was 82, Did not need AC at night for sleeping. The cabin is beautiful and the resort is a 18 hold gold course that surrounds a mountain lake. What's not to like. Great 5 days.

Comfy, cozy, well appointed home. I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the area is and the home had everything you need and more. I brought more than I needed because of previous rentals lacking some basics but this home had thought of everything and communicated quickly and easily. I arrived late, but lights were on so I could navigate easily. The tv didn’t turn on, but there were batteries in the home to replace in the remote and fixed the problem quickly. The coffee station was fully stocked. A large filtered water supply in the fridge. The crockpot came in handy for cooking. The fire pit wasn’t used but I was certainly tempted. Bed was comfortable and I slept well, which is usually a problem for me at a new home. My only critique would be outside seating was lacking a bit and maybe some extra blankets. The bedspread/ comforter was too warm for me but I wanted a little something; the second night I used a blanket from the living room area. Very minor things and I absolutely enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this home!

Very nice home by the lake

It was extremely pleasant. The house was well-equipped and very clean..we had contact with the owner who was so nice and very helpful. We got to bring our dog and that is always a major plus. Close to the lake so my husband could walk to fish so overall a good time.

Property was well equipped and very clean. Outside area was decorated with lights which was a nice touch. Spacious and lots of extra touches. Only recommendation would be more deck seating.
