"Everything was fine but amenity need some improvement."

"My husband and I stayed here for two nights. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel had the spacious and luxurious atmosphere. Staff were kind and room was clean, pleasant and had a beautiful Mountain view. Breakfast buffet selections were very nice and the dining room and the cafe at 9th floor also had a great view. The restaurant for dinner was a bit fancy, but also offer take-out chicken you can eat in your room. There are stores and restaurant near by if needed. The best part of the hotel was...

"어머니 모시고 남매들 다녀왔는데 너무 좋았어요. 조금 늦으니 연락주시고 미리 불도 켜주시고 문도 열어주시고ㅎ 시설은 신축이 아니지만 오히려 어릴적 추억이 생각나고 정을 느끼며 하루 묵기에는 불편함없이 잘 쉬다가 왔습니다."

"The hotel seems new or, at the very least, newly remodeled. There is an outdoor pool which is free to use and very kid friendly. A sauna is in the basement, for a small fee, it is small but clean. They allow you to hang out on the rooftop, which is fantastic; it makes for wonderful nighttime views of the skyline. I would definitely stay again if I returned to Sokcho."

"이브자리도 깨끗하고 직원도 친절한데요 아주 작은것이 투숙객에게 불편을 줍니다 구두주걱이 없다 실내화도 없고 베란다에 슬리퍼도 없다 암막커튼이 없어 일찍 햇빛들어 잠을 못잔다 폰키 작동 불능이다 첵크인하고 들어가보니 두사람인데 타올이 달랑1개만있어 매니저에게 전화를 해서 해결은 했지만 사전 준비가 부족하고 3시50분에 객실에 도착해보니 그때까지 청소중이었다 왜청소가 이리 늦었나? 물어보니 이쁜몽골여자분이 도통 말이 안통했다 작은부분들이 기분을 다운 시켰음"

"We came to Korea to visit a friend and explore with her. We picked the Kensington as suggested by our friend. We love the camping vibe of this hotel. We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. Note , it is very sparsely decorated inside. There was a third bedroom with no furnishings. Each guest room had a bbq outside to grill.
