「The place was great!」

「We stayed here for a family trip, and the property was completely unacceptable, unsafe, and unsuitable for families or children.The unit was extremely dirty upon arrival. The sheets appeared not to have been changed, the sofa was covered in stains, and there were bodily fluid stains on the blankets. We also found blood, toenail clippings, used gum, and makeup brushes left behind from previous guests. The level of cleanliness was shocking and unsanitary.Safety and noise were major concerns....

「The property is located in a quiet residential and green neighborhood, parking on the street is free, public transportation is convenient. The unit is clean and functional but could use a bit of a maintenance update/upgrade (heater in the bathroom, towel bars/hooks in the bathroom).」

「The apt was everything we hoped for and more. A welcoming host who responded immediately on one question. All clean and very well appointed. Even a very tasteful and thoughtful selection of books that I regretted not having time to read much of. Excellent site for getting anywhere from there! We will try to get it again given some likely visits more in coming year. 」
