「The only downside of our visit was having room 101 which was outside the main lobby. In the morning there were hotel workers with blowers and such cleaning up the area outside our room. Every so often guest would congregate outside our room and chat (loudly at times) in the courtyard outside the main lobby.
The included breakfast was great!!
The beach drinks/food outside the Mermaid restaurant were also very good.
The staff was very attentive!!」

「When I booked this place it said that breakfast was included. There was no breakfast included. The staff only does anything special when cruise ships get there. You as a guest are not important enough to warrant great features. We wish we had had Dahlia because she showed some people around and we didn't get it towards the property. Island time is very slow. Many times there were no towels for us for the pool. I think that they should take more pride in cleaning up the Beach area. Lots of trash...
