"We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick...

"As a group we stayed in two of the cottages set in beautiful surroundings. Our host was there to greet us and made us feel very welcome. Both cottages were well equipped, clean and well presented. Having the use of the pool and hot tub was brilliant for the younger members, although both and the areas around them are in need of some upgrading. Quite expensive compared to other accommodation we have booked throughout the year. "

"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "We had a lovely 4 nights, great beach access, lots of walking with our dog, although lots of rabbits on the complex, need to keep dogs on leads, property was pristine and had everything we needed. "

"We booked in here the night before we went to see the horse racing at Market Rasen. It was great. You had a lounge with sofa, coffee table, tv and at the other end was oven and electric rings. The bathroom had a shower and sink. Bedroom had a full sized double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers. I was surprised at the size of the apartment (a lot bigger than I thought it would be). It is set in beautiful grounds with horses in the nearby fields, a lovely lake with an island. and surrounded by the beautiful countryside. We met the owner when we were leaving - a really lovely, friendly man. If we go back that way we will definitely book the apartment again. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of staying there. 5*****"
