Villa Tranquila

INTERIOR DISTRIBUTION: This beautiful villa is spread over 2 levels. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (air-conditioned) with double beds and a sofa bed (160 x 200), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious and bright living room with TV and fireplace. In the upper apartment there is the master bedroom (air-conditioned) with an attached bathroom. The large living room with TV and elect. Fireplace and open kitchen opens onto another terrace with a direct sea view and onto Moraira. The villa is very spacious and still has space for an extra bed.
OUTDOOR AREA AND PLOT: It is worth mentioning that the large property (approx. 1000 m2) with a view of the Mediterranean is completely fenced. As can be seen in the photos, we have a well-tended garden, which is distributed on several levels, with different trees and plants. The pool is facing south and is not visible. It is surrounded by several sun terraces (partially covered). There is enough space to sunbathe and switch off. The outdoor kitchen right by the pool invites you to eat and grill outdoors.
These properties make this villa a unique and ideal property for a vacation on the Mediterranean coast.
LOCATION OF THE VILLA: Within a radius of approx. 400 m there are several cafes, restaurants, a supermarket Mas y Mas and a hardware store. The sandy beaches and the center of Moraira with its many restaurants, cafes and bars can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The ideal place to go on holiday without a car.

We were 8 people aged between 17 and 55 who stayed for 14 days in this fantastic villa. It’s a house that’s hard to truly grasp just from the pictures – we certainly found that it was much more spacious and much more beautiful than we had imagined before arriving.We fully enjoyed our stay; the outdoor space is absolutely incredible – there are lots of little corners, terraces, balconies, etc., where you can find peace and quiet, and the shared outdoor areas like the pool and bar are spacious and cozy. There is always shade to be found, plenty of sun loungers, and different spots to enjoy meals together.The area where the house is located is also absolutely fantastic – shops, restaurants, bars, a gym, various other stores, and the beach are all within walking distance. Wonderful.There were also well-functioning air conditioners in all the bedrooms, which made for some lovely nights in beds that, by the way, were really comfortable.It’s not the best-equipped house when it comes to household supplies etc, so bring; a few extras towels and dish towels, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, and dish brushes. Some bathroom doors got stuck, but the issue was quickly resolved by the host.All in all, we had a truly wonderful holiday – and it definitely won’t be the last time we rent this fantastic and charming house. The host is also an incredibly lovely, talkative, and welcoming person who will do everything to make sure you have a great stay.

The villa was excellent,lots of interesting areas to sit in it was very hot while we were there so we needed a car to go into town as walking in the heat would be impossible Moraira is lovely lots of bars and restaurants there was a festival while we were there with fireworks etcAgata was an excellent host very friendly quick at dealing with any questions w the villa/ area Would recommend , we’ll certainly be back

Multi generation holiday

We were a group of 8 ranging in age from 21 to 80. The villa suited us all. The large downstairs bedroom with own bathroom suited my parents. The upstairs apartment was perfect for our son and girlfriend whilst the 2 downstairs room with shared bathroom suited the rest of us. Loads of shared spaces to gather as a group (the bar was a big hit) whilst having lots of space for queiter times. The pool was clean and easy to access. There were lots of restaurants closeby for the nights we didn't want to drive. Highly recommend

Great villa for large groups

Our extended family stayed together at Villa Tranquila for one week. The property is beautiful, especially the outside areas, with lots of space for people to get a moment of peace and quiet to themselves :) We hired cars but barely used them - everything we needed was in walking distance. Unfortunately we were repeatedly disturbed by children in neighbouring villas kicking footballs over the fence / pressing gate buzzers which got tiresome towards the end of the week - but hopefully these were just inconsiderate renters ans wouldnt bother future guests to the Villa.

Fantastic location, fabulous holiday

Lovely villa with a great pool and outdoor space - the outside bar was a particular favourite! A short walk to a big supermarket, cafés, bars and a small beach. Slightly further to bigger beaches and Moraira itself (but still very manageable for us on foot). Agata was a great host - very responsive and incredibly quick to sort a problem we had with one of the bathrooms early in the holiday. She was also very receptive to a couple of suggestions we made about kitchen equipment. We loved it!

We are very satisfied with our stay and the house, which worked perfectly for two families. We appreciated the proximity to the grocery store and the delightful restaurants. Wonderful villa with everything you need

We loved out stay at this beautiful property. The pictures don’t do it justice and everyone was so pleasantly surprised. My partner and I stayed there for 12days and had his family come for half the time and friends for the other half. These groups included grandparents, 6 month old babies, children and adults. The bar was wonderful for when the kids went to bed and the upstairs was a perfect getaway for my partner and I. The supermarket is very close and an easy walk. The local restaurants were also a walk away (even with a pram) and we had some amazing meals and plenty to choose from. Agatha was very responsive and very helpful too. We would love to stay again one day.

Gorgeous Villa

A lovely villa in a fantastic location. It is a short walk to local bars and restaurants. The villa is spacious and has a great pool area with amazing views of Moraira and El Portet from the balcony. The layout of the house is a little unusual but suited the us as two families. Check in and check out was made very easy by Agata. We will be booking this villa again.

Lovely Quirky Villa - Just Brilliant

Consider this villa as 2 villas in 1 or 1 villa with a north wing and a south wing. Either way both parts are separate and can be locked up independent of the other. This arrangement gives a sort of quirky slant to the villa layout and if like us where we were 2 couples, we could enjoy a “wing” each. Each “wing” I should mention has its own fully fitted kitchen, lounge area, bathroom and 2 double bedrooms (one wing has an extra bathroom). There is also an outside shower near the pool and an outside 3rd kitchen near the BBQ – great for keeping drinks in while sunbathing as only a few steps away from a fridge. Overall the villa is on several levels and has several garden areas. There is the main pool patio area which as stated above has 3 sets of table/chairs so for breakfast depending upon where the sun is you can have shade but later in day you can move to another table area and avoid the sun for lunch. In an evening you can BBQ near the outside kitchen and have access to all mod cons nearby. We used to meet of an evening on the first-floor balcony area for drinks before going out for dinner – great views of the sea and surrounding area and a nice cool breeze. There are several little garden areas you can explore too with majestic cactus and pine trees. The different areas are linked with Gothic arches and Greek/Roman statues giving a feel of some ancient city villa. I loved it!!! Wifi on our visit (Sept 22) was limited to the main house area only but Agata is sorting this out as we review. Agata was very helpful. Lives nearby and quickly fixed any problem we had (small problem of shower drain fixed within 24 hours). The villa has several restaurants nearby, all within 5-10 min walk. A taxi into town costs about 7 Euro. The pizza restaurant/take away just a few minutes’ walk away was fantastic. We had a couple of take aways when watching football on TV but then used their restaurant when we wanted to go out. The Argentine Steak house a little further down the road was brilliant as well only 10 min walk. The supermarket just down the road is currently closed for refurbishment but the next largest is just down the main road 5 min by car. Overall we loved this villa. Lots of space inside and out. Slightly quirky giving a unique feel. Lots of different sitting areas. Lovely grounds and how many villas do you get with 3 kitchens? I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone – Thank you Agata. Colin.

Notre magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un magnifique et agréable séjour; les enfants âgés de 5 et 9 ans étaient ravis. Nous connaissions déjà la villa pour y avoir séjourné l'an passé et avons constaté qu'il y a été faits quelques aménagents très appréciables. Bref cette maison avec sa très jolie vue sur mer est magnifique . Nous y reviendrons volontiers si possible.

Spacious and comfortable villa in an excellent location with lovely sea views. Slight issue with WiFi and air-con in one of the bedrooms not working when we arrived but the excellent Agata resolved these for us within a few days. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great holiday house for large families

Plus points: 1. The property is very pretty and well maintained, it has many separate areas to eat/chill/relax. 2. There are 2 accommodation areas - the first has a lounge, kitchen and 2 x twin bedrooms plus bathroom. The main house has a large room downstairs, then upstairs the lounge and kitchen with great views over the sea. The main bedroom and bathroom is off the kitchen. Great for large families who need some space 3. The pool is excellent and the outside kitchen is very handy. 4. Location is good for nearby restaurants and a pebbly/rock beach (great for swimming and snorkelling) 5. Nearest sandy beach is in the town, about a 5 min drive. Downside: 1. No pool towels. For 6 people we had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel each. Pool towels would have been nice. 2. No basic amenities - no bin bags/wash up liquid/condiments/cling film etc 3. No welcome pack - usually with Stayz you get a weclome pack of bread/cheese/basic items and information about the local area/things to do etc. We had none of this. We cooked at the villa in the outdoor kitchen as it was the most social, but we even had to buy salt and oil. The villa wasn't set up for guests to actually use the kitchens.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren als Jugendgruppe da und waren wirklich begeistert. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, wobei man durchaus ein paar Minuten laufen muss (zum Wasser oder zum Supermarkt zum Beispiel). Die Vermieterin war super super nett und wir konnten jederzeit Kontakt zu ihr aufbauen. Wichtig zu wissen ist vielleicht noch, dass es in der Nähe eher Steinstrand gibt und man am besten Wasserschuhe mitnimmt… ein bisschen weiter gibt es aber auch einen Sandstrand. Alles in allem ein super toller Urlaub!

Lovely holidays

Such an amazing place to spent holidays with family or friends. Villa is enormous, fully furniture, and in a beautiful location. Everything is very close - 10-15 min walking distance. There is a charming view over the sea, and beautiful - nicely main tended garden. Totally recommend for families and groups. P.S. The The host is extremely helpful, staying in touch 24h if you need anything :)

Appréciation de la villa (vacances 2021)

Propriété magnifique avec une très jolie vue sur mer et proche de toutes commodités. Par contre, nous avons constaté un manque de propreté au niveau du sol. Le lit situé au premier étage, dissimulait entre le matelas et le sommier 2 ou 3 mouchoirs en papier usagés, ainsi qu'une espèce de "jarretelle" ou turban pour cheveux. A déplorer aussi l'absence de tentures ou volets afin de préserver l'intimité dans la chambre et salle de bain du premier étage.
