LAY OUT: This beautiful villa of 182 m2 is distributed over two floors, we access the villa through the main level, the lower one. The villa has a large bright and open space with an access to the covered terrace. This room is composed of the fully equipped kitchen and the living room with a nice set of comfortable sofas and a wooden dining table for 8 people. It is important to mention that the villa has an elegant and cozy decoration. On this floor we will also have one bedroom with double bed and air conditioning as well as a bathroom with shower. This bedroom has an access to the pool terrace through large windows.
The upper floor is accessed through an internal staircase, we will find others two bedrooms, also with double beds and air conditioning. One of them has a balcony with two sunbeds and both bedrooms have their own bathroom en suite, one with shower and one with bathtub.
