“The room was clean but very tired. The patio furniture wasn't in useable condition because of paint chips sticking to my skin. Also electrical wall outlet unuseable because entire casing protruded from wall. Patio use was a wash out. Overall the facility is quaint. Small. Grounds well maintained, clean and secure. Very good location. Be aware there is no elevator in any of the 3 story buildings. Adequate parking. Good pools. Staff is wonderful. I would recommend. ”

“During our stay, the television didn't receive the regular channels, so they had to replace it, which was done quickly. The bathroom light stopped working; we reported the problem, but they never came to fix it. Overall, the facilities looked old and neglected; they desperately need cleaning. When we received the room, the floor was quite dirty. We thought that since it was a hotel near the beach, it would be normal, but the next day they came to clean, and it was clear that it could have been……

“The staff was amazingly helpful; best customer service we’ve had in a long time. The hotel is old but it was clean and the location is perfect. Only complaint would be the A/C unit didn’t function well. But for sure we’ll be coming back.”
