“The room was filthy and had a heavy smoke smell. There were many, many mosquitos in the room. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable, could feel and hear springs when sitting or lying down. We were so dissatisfied we had to check out a day early. I will be asking for a refund for the last day. We had a helpful maid who couldn't speak but she honored our request to have the bed sheets changed,”

“Some plugs didn't work, and there where roaches. What I really didn't like is staff went in my room while I was out to eat”

“The room was horrible. There was dead roaches smashed on the wall. A one inch gap under the entrance door, poop smeared on the back of the bathroom door, black mold growing around the tub and on the front window seal. One of the beds smelled so bad that all 4 people had to share the less smelly bed, and this was actually the second room they gave us as the first rooms toilet didn't not flush. None of the phones in the room worked. There were no towels in the room. And we all ended up with sinus……

“Rude rude dirt”

“You get what you pay for. The room had the ceiling peeling. There was mold all in the restroom. 3 lights did not work. The AC was super loud at night, making it hard to sleep. The phone was connected to nothing. The microwave only worked by pressing the start button, the numbers did not. The fridge was warm. The location was great and plebty of parking.”
