「The hotel lacks soft close doors meaning doors slam all night long. The pillows had separated and felt like sleeping on clumps of cotton wool. My partner is a pest controller and found they have a problem with carpet months after finding two in the bedroom on entry. We left early and didnt stay the second night.」

On the first day at the reception I was given a room that takes about 6 minutes to walk,I went with 2 suitcases up a steep hill till the hotel area.the weather was really really hot.was not offered for someone to give me a hand! Then 1 flight up no lift.came there was exhausted as hell.no a/c in the rooms only small fan.did not sleep well 3 nights.in the morning 7.50 a.m working was going on on the roof really loud noise..so could not enjoy some...
