“It’s actually a mixed feeling, the hotel facilities are nice, both the swimming pool and room are clean and comfortable, but unfortunately this hotel is PACKED with mainland China tourist groups, no kidding that the hotel is basically occupied by RUDE Chinese tourists who has no manner and common sense, they yell loudly at 4am in the hotel hallway , sit down on my table without asking one word during breakfast hour, shouting to each other like it’s their backyard, I feel sorry for the staffs cos……

“Very helpful front desk staff. Friendly and cheerful. Good to have room upgrade. Big room and setup. Nice breakfast with many varieties everyday. Will stay again in future.”

“Excellent stay. This is our second time staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially My at the restaurant; Phuong, Loc, Vinh and Mr. Chi at front desk (le tan). Hotel is clean and has all needed amenities. The housekeeping staff is also good. Excellent location with the beach across the street and the river in the back. We will stay here again the next time we come to Nha Trang.”

“Michelia在当地貌似很知名，出租司机都知道，位置很好，步行1一分钟就可以到达海滩，酒店很干净很舒适，早餐超赞的，而且每天都有不同花样，酒店游泳池，水很清，渐变深浅度既适合小朋友们玩耍又适合大人们锻炼，perfect！”

“Good service! Manager Tsan is very helpful and professional. We have a problem with Lotte Apartment false advertisement and change to this hotel. Manager Tsan support us to arrange a nice room for us according to our need and budget. Using a good brand and good quality equipment Everything is good except the breakfast is nothing fancy but eatable. But it is free and include in the low price room rate and no complaint about it. ”

“조식은 진짜 최고입니다. 매일 1끼를 호텔 조식으로 해결했어요. 쌀국수 매일 국물 달라지고 반미직접 만들어먹고 월남쌈도 있어요 ! 직원들은 한국어가 유창하진 않지만 대화를 고객의 언어로 해주려고 많이 노력합니다. 위치도 시내 바로 앞은 아니지만 걸어다니기 편합니다. ”

“Pros: - central location, - easy to walk everywhere, rooms look as shown in the pictures, - plenty of natural light in the room, floor to ceiling windows with city and mountain view was awesome. Most days I watched the sun setting behind the mountains from my bed! My room had balcony too which I didn't expect; it was cherry on top. - excellent bedding...very comfortable and top quality. - Staff were very polite, professional, and helpful. They didn't speak much English but I didn't speak any……

“SPA人員服務超用心，值得推薦！”

“Everything was good. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. The bellman with blue uniforms very kindness, I just stayed outside to wait for someone under the Sun, he brought the umbrella to cover me. Very thankful! All staffs at the reception desk helped me alot since I stayed there almost 4 weeks, therefore, I felt like they are family. This is my second time stay at this hotel. I just don’t like a bit about the parking at night time, they close the garage earlier than last year, I had to call……

“订的海景房，房间很大但灯光太暗，晚上睡觉毛骨悚然，第二天果断换了酒店。还有自助早餐供应不足。酒店前台服务态度不错。可惜比较旧比较暗，所以一行7个人4四个房间住得都不舒服。”
