「This hotel is STUNNING. The setting, the views, the area - 1,000/10. The food was good, they have a breakfast buffet and menu, and dinner. But stop in town for snacks and drinks to keep in the fridge in your room. They have a gym, but it’s tucked away by the pool, and super small. I think most visitors get plenty of exercise roaming Valldemosa, its hiking trails and nearby Deia. The staff was lovely. Staying at the Continental Valldemosa was truly a lovely, once in a lifetime...

「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「The suite we were allocated was was huge with its own private area set above the room. The welcome from Bruno when we arrived was amazing and he gave us all the information we needed. The hotel itself is set in huge grounds that are all kept really natural. The hotel is very relaxed and you can literally do nothing all day. A short stroll through the grounds leads you to the hotels own tram stop which you can catch the tram to both the port and to the town for half price. Both are also walkable...
