“Lovely “old” hotel, used to be a men’s clothing store, but it has been remodelled into an exceptional place to stay in downtown Pittsfield. Our room was huge, clean, comfy beds, nice sitting area, desk area, coffee/tea area, and shelves of books! The bathroom was huge, clean, and well-supplied. There was a mini bar but we didn’t use it. Private parking in rear with direct access to hotel lobby. Staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. Great place to stay!”

“The property was clean and the staff was polite, but I was disappointed that I was placed in an accessible room even though I did not request one. I asked if another room was available and was told the hotel was fully booked. While I understand availability issues happen, the room layout was not comfortable for my stay and did not match my expectations when booking. Other than that, the property itself was decent and well maintained.”

“This was like staying in a two bedroom walk up in NYC only sooooo much bigger and better! We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of our Room! (The presidential suite). Everything was clean and tidy. Very pleasant decor. While there was not a place to get coffee down in the lobby area, there was a full kitchen where we could make our own. We ended up going to Starbucks down the road a bit. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Wonderful location also!!”
