We had a great time. The house was very nice and had all the needed items. Perfect house for larger group with high number of bedrooms & Bathrooms + common space. Would rent again

Beautiful Lakehouse

The Evans Lake Boathouse is a spectacular stay. Evans Lake itself is a great private sports lake. Fishing, swimming, boating, tubing, and skiing are among the many things to do. The house is nice and roomy and has a beautiful view of the lake. The sandy beach and docks have a great beachy feel. We would 100% stay here again.

Great property Bill was always very responsive from check in to any questions we had. Loved having the pontoon rental. Fishing and evening cruises were a highlight of the vacation. Highly recommend for large group.

Beautiful lakefront house!

We had a wonderful week long stay at the Boathouse on Evans Lake. We had 18 people from ages 12 to 82. The owner, Bill, is great! He was very friendly and helpful. He had called me a couple days before our stay to tell me that we wouldn’t be able to bring our boats because there was an issue with the boat launch. Then he kindly offered to let us use both of his boats free of charge. We had such a great time! He had kayaks, a lily pad in the water for the kids to play on, a swim platform, a giant Connect Four game, a couple of stand-up video games and a ping-pong table - plenty for everyone to do. We also had a campfire every night. Five stars! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Location, Amazing House, Great Communication

Couldn't have asked for a better place to have a retreat, the house was immaculate with plenty of space for hosting a big group and the views of the lake were unbeatable. The host, Bill, was very helpful and communicative before, during, and after our stay.
