Our two little dogs loved the area. Wish we could’ve stayed longer but was just down for a wedding. We all agreed that we would enjoy a longer stay next time. Definitely want to come back."

"Our host were most helpful and attentive during our stay. Every detail mentioned in the listing was accurate. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our two labs enjoyed the large fenced in yard on the occasions when I didn't walk them in the neighborhood. We drove our Airstream van and were offered the opportunity to plug in to keep the fridge cold and batteries charged. I would highly recommend anyone this place."

"Small but very comfortable separate building on the owners’ property in a mature, quiet development. Separate off-street parking with a private access to a private courtyard. Place was perfect for the two of us. It would have been tight with four people (max occupancy). Convenient to downtown Charleston (averaged about a 15 minute drive). Thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the accommodations!"

"A great space and location! Host was very responsive and nice to answer questions. Unit was clean and well equipped . We loved the outside space! Quick, easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Very nice neighbors too! The parking was tight for my husbands GMC 1500 truck but we managed. Just be aware if you have a large or extended cab it may be difficult to park. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely book again!"

"We absolutely loved our 5-night stay at Kokomo Cottage. It was quiet, peaceful and exactly what we needed after a hectic tax season. Rather heading to Folley Beach, or downtown Charleston for a day of shopping, sightseeing or an incredible dinner, the Cottage is centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Owners ensure your privacy and were very helpful, as needed! We loved our vacation and didn't want to leave! Thanks Ken and Christine!!!"

"We have been coming here At least once a yr for the last 7 years. We enjoy the 4th floor bowling, pool, games etc. The hotel staff is always courteous and helpful. Also enjoy the many hottubs, pools, and lazy river. Also enjoy the nightly karaoke, bar and grill. Not to forget the Starbucks on sight. The only downfall is the pillows. Bring your own. People beside us were rowdy and loud during the late part of the night startling us awake, 2 nights in a row. "
