「Everything was great besides taking a cold shower.」

「The vending machine was out of service, so couldn’t get any water. The water in the bathroom sink would just fill up wouldn’t go down unless you shut it off. The shower curtain rod looked like it was falling off the wall and the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed. The wash clothes were semi clean. They breakfast was horrible. I would never go there again.」

「It is new facility, open 4 months ago. All clean and well organized. Only thing to remember is there is no daily cleaning or change of towel or bed sheets by staff. You have to pay additional fees for cleaning services. It is all DIY. If you are planning for short stay or doesn't require cleaning services, this hotel is excellent.」

「The best thing about this hotel was its location. I’ll be blunt. It was terribly overpriced for what we got… a room with a view of a parking garage out one window and a cement wall out the other window. The bed was lumpy, the pillows were lumpy, and the bathrobes they left were child size so my husband couldn’t even fit into it. The robe I put on had one string missing so I couldn’t even tie it shut. It looked and felt like it was used well beyond its use by date. I asked for daily service and...

「The rooms were clean and extremely spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was top-notch, and the pool and hot tub were so much fun. Another bonus is there is so many things to do without traveling to far. 10\10 experience we will definitely be booking again soon.」

「Location is good. Rooms are nice, modern, very clean. Breakfast was not great and monotonous for a 3 day stay. The staff over communicated in my opinion by text which some people might feel is good, but I found a bit fatiguing.」
