"The room was comfortable, but it was small (a standard twin). We didn’t spend much time in there anyway. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good- a short walk to the main areas-Trinity College, Temple Area, Guinness Storehouse and Grafton Street. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Very clean, well kept, very kind and helpful staff! Breakfast was good and fresh but we only ate there once and bar service was great! I missed having coffee or tea in my room, they have a galley on each floor with supplies for coffee and tea but it was a ways from our room! No ice machine either but they had soda in a vending machine! So it’s just the in room coffee/tea that I would have liked to have! It was a lovely place & we’d stay there again!! "

"No hot water due to maintenance but no one said anything during check-in. A few hours later I came back and went to my room and still no hot water and no notice. The following morning many other rooms on my floor were being renovated. Extremely disappointing to be on a floor under construction and without hot water. This is not a serious hotel and I do not recommend it."

"Loved our stay, beautiful hotel bar and a pub next door, 30 minutes walk from Connolly Street. Breakfast was lovely, and last but not least, we got to spend our morning in the spa. Heaven! I will be back!"

"The room and the sheets were not super clean. Those who attend mostly friendly, but without important information such as the size of the locker, price to leave the luggage once we checked out. They charge towels even for a private room for 4 and leave luggage. The food price-quality reasonable"

"I arrived from late 1am flight and late bus at 3am,slept in quiet pod 5 hours.Hope to book again in May "
