“The breakfast is very poor, almost no choice. even boiled eggs are frozen from fridge. I have to warm it by hot water. only coffee and a little bread. it seems no fresh and warm stuff for morning. ”

“Terrible service. The room was not cleaned for my entire 3-night stay, and the reception staff was extremely unhelpful. When I asked why my room wasn’t cleaned, they said they were short-staffed, which is not an acceptable excuse. There were very limited supplies—barely any shampoo or towels—and after check-in, nothing was replenished. No towels, no shampoo, no conditioner. The entrance was also inconvenient, coming from the side through the parking garage, and there wasn’t even a proper……
