「The twin room we were allocated was small with no wardrobe and very cold. The ensuite was next door out on the corridor. We asked to be moved and had to pay an extra 40 pounds. That room was much better.」

「The property is in need of a refurbishment, particularly the wooden floor. Quiet grubby, cobwebs and generally in need of a deep clean. The marketing pictures do not reflect the condition of the property.」

「The apartment enjoys a central location in the lovely quaint coastal town of Southwold. A very comfortable, spacious flat with plenty of shops and places to eat on your doorstep. The bedrooms are on a slightly lower level to the living room and kitchen area and would benefit from some sort of coloured strip to draw your attention to this as the flooring is all one uniform colour. An accident waiting to happen! Otherwise a really nice place to stay.」

「We went to check in note in window to call all locked up, was shown to our room cobwebs on inside of window frame had not been cleaned brown bed linnen alarm bells pulled back could see what looked like stains. We looked at each other no way and we walked out would want a refund of my money 」

「This property is maintained to a very high standard and extremely comfortable. The icing on the cake is watching the sunrise over the sea each morning. Quiet and secluded. I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay.」

「A last minute event meant the we needed somewhere to stay so we decided to treat ourselves to Dinner Bed & Breakfast at the White Lion. It was a bit busy when we arrived but the staff were welcoming though we only go directions to our room as the lad needed to get back to the bar. The room was lovely, generally well appointed. We met my sister in law and her husband for dinner and the food was tea good, nicely presented and delicious too. A great seasonal menu, too full to have dessert. The bed...

「Had to cancel my stay, yet they billed my credit card for 12 nights. Admin error at best, theft at worst. I'm letting my bank deal with it. Would not recommend unless this gets resolved. 」
