“It was a very well kept property. The rooms were clean and staff was hospitable. The only thing we would have liked that was NOT included was a continental breakfast. They did have a restaurant attached that served breakfast. It was just an extra expense we weren’t anticipating. Otherwise, extremely happy with our stay.”

“Our room was very clean and beds were super comfortable. The hotel has a large outdoor patio with a great view of the river and access to the rec path. It’s also within walking distance to everything you'd want to do, see and eat downtown. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a great restaurant and Starbucks on-site as well!”

“The carpet outside of our room was completely soaked so the water was soaking our feet to go in and out of our room. The bathroom has mold in all the caulking and I’d be concerned about the wet carpet molding. The waterslide attendants were miserable and there was a huge fist throwing fight in the pool between grown adults. Swearing and everything. I understand the pool attendants didn’t want to jump in as they could get hurt but go get someone.”

“Our stay for 1 night was perfect! Bed and covers were clean and comfy. Bathroom was clean and has a soap bar plus I brought my own Shampoo & Conditioner, so I didn’t need their 2-in-1 but I was glad to see they had a little bottle for those who might need one if they forgot. Price for the hotel was less than a $100 & next door to a Hospital in case of any emergencies, so it was well worth it. This is my second time coming to Sioux Falls and my second time at this hotel. Definitely recommend it!”

“This place was terrible and I would not ever return! The outside doors did not lock. The building inside was in disrepair. The pool was closed for maintenance. The first room we were given smelled like wet dog (carpeting). The second room smelled better but was older and had blood stains outside the bathroom door. There were no screens on our second floor windows - really not safe when traveling with children. The exercise area had broken equipment. Breakfast was cold options. The front desk……

“I have never stayed at a more disgusting hotel in my life. The sheets were completely stained through and when we asked for new ones, the top sheet simply got flipped over to pass as changed. The floors were filthy, the fridge was scary to look at on the inside, multiple things were broken (a mirror, a lamp shade and it’s accompanying light bulb so it kept flickering) and I found multiple hairs clinging to fabric on the bed. I DO NOT recommend this place! Do not stay here even in desperation.……
